This policy explains how long Jobs Suntiros retains different categories of personal data and the criteria used to determine retention periods.

2. Principles

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

3. Retention Periods by Data Category

  • Analytics Data: Up to 26 months by default
  • Contact Form Submissions: Up to 12 months, then securely deleted
  • Email Correspondence: Up to 2 years for record-keeping
  • Cookie Data: Session cookies expire when the browser closes; persistent cookies per our Cookie Policy

4. Deletion Process

Upon expiry of the retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Legal Holds

We may retain data beyond standard periods due to legal obligations or regulatory requirements.
